Information you choose to send

The website does not ask visitors to create an account. If you choose to contact JackLight Tales by email, the information you include in that message is received so we can read and respond to it.

Video, audio and external services

Some parts of JackLight Tales use or link to services provided by other companies. This includes YouTube for video, externally hosted audiobook files, social platforms and Buy Me a Coffee. Those services may receive ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser information or requests made to their servers, and their own privacy policies apply.

Children

JackLight Tales is made to be enjoyed by families. The site is not designed to ask children for names, addresses, account details or other personal information. Contact and support options are placed in grown-up-facing areas of the site.

Cookies and local browser storage

The website may use small amounts of browser storage to remember simple experience choices, such as whether the woodland entrance has already been shown during the current visit. Embedded third-party services may use their own cookies or storage according to their policies.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, visits and page performance. This analytics service does not use cookies or browser storage to track visitors. You can read more in Cloudflare's Web Analytics documentation.
